Scheduled Runs (Cron)

Who is this for?​

Users automating recurring agent or workflow executions (e.g. daily standup summaries, weekly report generation).

What can you do?​

  • Schedule automated runs using cron expressions or friendly cadences (Hourly, Daily, Weekly).
  • Provide static prompt instructions or parameterized input data for scheduled runs.
  • Pause, resume, or trigger immediate execution (Run Now).

Scheduling Steps​

  1. In the left navigation, select Scheduled.
  2. Click Create Schedule.
  3. Choose the target entity: Agent or Workflow.
  4. Set the cadence: Enter a cron expression (e.g. 0 9 * * 1-5 for 9 AM Monday-Friday).
  5. Specify execution prompt instructions.
  6. Click Save Schedule.
