Login & Switch Organization

Who is this for?​

All users of the Flezi Galaxy platform.

What can you do?​

  • Log in using local credentials (email and password).
  • Sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD SSO).
  • Switch between different Organizations you have been invited to.

Steps​

  1. Navigate to the web address of your Flezi Galaxy deployment.
  2. On the Login screen, select your preferred authentication method:
    • Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
    • Or click Sign in with Google / Sign in with Microsoft.
  3. Upon successful login, you are redirected to your default workspace.
  4. To switch organizations: Click the Organization name at the top of the left sidebar and select the target organization.

Notes & Common Errors​

  • If you see Invalid credentials, double-check your password or contact your administrator.
  • If your session expires while working, the system performs a silent background refresh without interrupting your work.
