Who is this for?​

  • Organization Administrators (ORG_ADMIN)
  • Workspace Administrators (WORKSPACE_ADMIN)

What can you do?​

  • Create new departmental or project workspaces.
  • Assign team members and configure roles within each workspace.
  • Share resources across organizational scopes.

Steps​

  1. In the left navigation sidebar, select Workspace Settings or Workspaces.
  2. Click the Create Workspace button.
  3. Enter a workspace name, optional description, and select the type (Public within Org or Private).
  4. After creation, switch to the Members tab to invite colleagues.

Notes & Common Errors​

  • Every user has a persistent Private Workspace for personal prototyping that cannot be deleted or renamed.
  • Deleting a workspace purges all conversations and transient assets within it. Proceed with caution!
