Who is this for?​

All users chatting with agents.

What can you do?​

  • Attach documents (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, images) for the agent to analyze.
  • Download output artifacts generated inside the sandbox (e.g. PNG charts, modified spreadsheets, generated reports).

Steps​

1. Attaching Files​

  1. In the chat input, click the Paperclip icon or drag and drop files directly into the window.
  2. Wait for the upload badge to turn ready.
  3. Prompt the agent with instructions referencing the file.

2. Downloading Artifacts​

  1. Once generated, an Artifact Card appears within the message stream.
  2. Click the artifact name to preview in-browser, or click Download to save locally.

Notes & Common Errors​

  • Max attachment upload size is 50MB per file.
  • Executable files (.exe, .bat, .sh) are blocked for security reasons.
